Hola amigos! It’s Bambi here, in beautiful Spain!
The weather is as inviting as always, and I’m excited to help you find your home away from home in one of our stunning caravans.
A week of holiday in Spain is different from actually living here. Sangria tastes sweeter on holiday, doesn’t it? But I promise you, living here is a different kind of magic. So buckle up and let’s get down to it! It’s important to note that where you have holidayed for a week may not necessarily be the best place to live permanently. When choosing a place to live in Spain, there are several factors to consider.
First, consider the climate; Spain is a beautiful country, each region offering its unique blend of climates. For you sun-seekers, the hot, dry summers of the south might be your cup of tea. It’s all about finding the right fit for you.
Before your trip, conduct thorough research on the area you’re interested in. Then when you’re here, a fab Caravans in the Sun Rep (yours truly included!) will show you around, providing information about the mobile homes, local area, and any relevant details like amenities and proximity to essential facilities, like shops and transportation.
During a viewing trip, it’s crucial to pay attention to details about the park, area, and local amenities. Being in a “holiday” mindset may reduce your focus and prevent you from noticing important aspects that can significantly impact your decision-making process. So get your business head-on! You wouldn’t go on holiday to your street in The UK; the same applies here too.
Being in Spain is about embracing the culture and the Spanish way of life. Check out museums, historical sites and landmarks to learn more about the region’s heritage. Sample the local food, and see how well the local lifestyle matches your own preference.
For an optimal viewing trip, we recommend planning a stay of 2 to 3 nights, allowing enough time to visit a maximum of 2 or 3 potential locations. It’s important to keep the trip focused and avoid overwhelming yourself with too many options!
Remember, your viewing trip is your time to gather all the valuable information. Don’t be shy; ask questions! We love a good chat, our reps.
Take note of your emotional response to the area’s atmosphere, the sense of community, and the overall ambience. Consider how well the location matches your lifestyle, values, and long-term goals. Trusting your intuition can play a significant role in making the right decision.
When searching for a place to live, it’s important to keep in mind that finding the perfect location may require some compromises. It’s unlikely that any place will meet every single one of your criteria or preferences, but don’t worry; we’re here to find the closest match!
Let’s turn your dreams into reality, book a showground appointment today, and our sales team will put you in touch with me on the day, and we can talk about a viewing trip.
See you soon.
