Our mobile homes for sale here in Morocco are situated on this 4 star camping and caravan park. This superb mobile home park is only a 500m walk on to a glorious sandy beach.

The mobile home park is around 25 km from Agadir and Mobile Homes Abroad have a full range of mobile homes available or as they are sometimes known as in the UK,static caravans which are suitable for this site and location.

Morocco is a wonderful country where the Atlantic coast joins the sands of the Sahara Desert. Then you have the Atlas Mountains looking down on the cities of Fez, Rabat and Marrakech.

Further south you will find the worlds largest desert, The Sahara. This combination of the Sahara Desert, the Atlas mountains and the Atlantic Ocean combine to give Morocco its pleasant all year climate. You will find snow on the mountains most of the year and yet the south remains subtropical. Morocco has a great climate throughout the year

Our site is open for 12 months of the year and you may sub-let your mobile home out to friends and family. Site fees are from €1500, electricity and water run on a meter.

Onsite facilities include: Indoor and outdoor swimming pool, sun terrace, indoor and outdoor restaurant, convenience store, hairdressers and childrens play area. New waterpark now open

Site Information

• 9 year lease contract available - Pegged at 1% inflation per annum
• Site costs will be 12.5€ per Sq. Metre (i.e. 100m² plot = 1250€) Plot sizes approximately 100m²
• Daily costs whilst in residence will be 2€ per day (Electricity and water etc.)
