2)  What does a viewing trip include?

2 nights accommodation onsite or at a local hotel/apartment (subject to availability)

Viewing of development at your leisure + tour of local area

Return to airport

3)  How much deposit is required?

10% deposit secures your plot. Remaining balance due 28 days from invoice date.

Special arrangements are available if you are selling a property.

4)  Do I lose my deposit?

No, the deposit will be refunded in full once we have re - sold your reserved plot and mobile home, less any expenses that may be incurred by ourselves

5)  What is included in the price?

Furnished mobile home sited and connected on your own plot with a gas bottle.

6)  What are the running costs?

All of our plots have electrical and water/drain connections, electricity is metered and gas bottles cost €12, your first 1 is free with installation.

The ground rent is €2950 per year, this charge includes your water, sewage, rubbish collection, pool maintenance and all local taxes.

You may sublet your mobile home to friends and family.

7)  How long can I keep my mobile on site for?

As long as required.

8)  Can I sell or rent my mobile home if required?

Yes, an agreement can be made with the owners of the site.

9)  What facilities are available on site?

Swimming pool, Laundry, shower block, Cafe/Bar, direct access to the beach

10)  Would I need to hire a car whilst over there?

Preferably but not essential with the nearest town only a 10 - 15 minute walk away. Transfers available from Reus airport to the mobile home site for €100 and buses/trains run daily from the airport to Benicarlo.

11)  How far are the beaches / golf courses situated?

The site has direct access to the beach, you can walk through the cactus from the site straight onto the beach.

The nearest golf course is approximately 30 minutes by car. The 18 hole golf course was designed by Bernard Langer.

12)  How far is the site from the airport?

Approximately 1 hour from Reus airport.

13)  What is the weather like?

Long hot summer days, mid dry winters.

14)  Are pets allowed on site?

Yes, pets are more than welcome on site but no more than 2 per mobile home.

16) Applying for an NIE in Spain?

(Numero de Identidad de Extranjero) is necessary when buying a property, car etc.
